You will visit the Winery then learn Sardinian recipes under the guidance of experts in the local food tradition. For each dish, you will learn how to make it perfectly, how to present it and the special occasions on which it was traditionally served. The lessons will - of course - end with a meal where you will enjoy the results of your work.

Menu I: pre-meal wine Selegas (Nuragus di Cagliari DOC), croutons of carasau bred with cherry tomatoes from Pula and dried mullet roe (bottarga) + Costamolino (Vermentino di Sardegna DOC), fregola (small balls of durum wheat semolina) with clams + Serralori (IGT Rosè Isola dei Nuraghi), selection of Sardinian cheeses + Costera (Cannonau di Sardegna DOC).
2. Menu II: pre-meal wine Selegas (Nuragus di Cagliari DOC), ravioli with ricotta and spinach filling + Costamolino (Vermentino di Sardegna DOC), cold cuts and salami from Sardinia + IS Solinas (IGT Red Isola dei Nuraghi), selection of Sardinian cheeses + Korem (IGT Red Isola dei Nuraghi).
